Adam Toma/Audit Committee at ITSA promoting corrupt Conduct

Adam Toma National Manager Enforcement and Regulations is part of the Audit Committee at ITSA. Veronique Ingram is aware he is promoting corrupt conduct on this board. How many of the other board member are also corrupt and the Inspector General is aware of this??
I have the evidence of Adam Toma's corrupt conduct .
This is why ITSA can do nothing about these bloggs. If they take me to court it will expose them. If the Audit committee had done their job correctly it would not have been necessary for the Ombudsman to identify the shortcomings of ITSA. Instead of exposing this the Ombudsman did a deal to cover this up.
Adam Toma is promoting corrupt conduct, therefore is
Peter McQuoid, Peter Kennedy,Pat Tragauer and also Andrew Robninson doing the same????
What a lot of shit!!!!!!!
Audit Committee
ITSA’s Audit Committee advises the Chief Executive and the National Management Board on a range of audit and financial practice matters. In addition to considering the results of the various internal and external audits and, importantly, the action subsequently taken to respond to and implement auditors’ recommendations, the committee monitors the application of, and compliance with, systems and frameworks for ensuring high levels of internal control, financial reporting, risk management and fraud control.
The Audit Committee has three members: an independent (external) Chairman and two ITSA senior executives.
The Audit Committee membership for the relevant periods of the 2010–11 financial year were as follows:
  • Mr Peter Kennedy PSM (Independent Chairman) – July to September 2010
  • Mr Peter McQuoid (Independent Chairman) – September 2010 – June 2011
  • Adam Toma (National Manager, Trustee Services and Audit Committee Member) –
    July 2010 – June 2011
  • Pat Tragauer (Business Manager, Information and Registries and Audit Committee Member) – July 2010 – June 2011
  • Andrew Robinson (National Manager, Information and Registries and Audit Committee Member) – January to June 2011.
Following a competitive tender process, ITSA awarded a contract to a new internal audit provider, Moore Stephens, in September 2010. Committee meetings ordinarily are attended by ITSA’s internal auditors (KPMG until September 2010 and Moore Stephens from September 2010), ITSA’s Corporate Strategy and Support National Manager, the Chief Finance Officer, and the Finance Manager. Australian National Audit Office representatives attend as observers.
Internal Audits completed during 2010-11 tested both compliance and performance in a range of areas, including payroll, cash handling, and business continuity planning. Prior to the commencement of the new service provider, Internal Audit also conducted reviews in the areas of Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Act preparedness, Workflow Management Solutions Options Analysis, and the Enforcement Management Assurance Framework.
As a performance improvement initiative during 2010-11, the Committee engaged the Institute of Internal Auditors to conduct a Quality Assessment of the Internal Audit function at ITSA. The results of this review have informed continuing improvements in the delivery of internal audit services at ITSA

TUESDAY, 13 DECEMBER 2011

Senator John Williams/Commonwealth Ombudsman

Who in the senate was aware of the deals being done by the Commonwealth Ombudsman over the years instead of exposing this behaviour as required????
It had been brought to the attention of Senator Williams who claims to have a special interest in Bankruptcy. What was Senator Williams problem that he didn't want to expose such behaviour???
The Attorney General was aware of this and failed to act.
How much evidence of systemic misconduct is the Attorney General covering up in his portfolio????

Alison Larkins/Commonwealth Ombudsman

On the 11th of November Alison Larkins  met with representatives of senior management  of  the Insolvency trustee Service Australia.
She had extensive evidence of  systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act  by senior management instigated by their principal legal Officer Mathew Osborne.
Instead of exposing this as required to the minister( Robert McClelland) Alison Larkins acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfull senior assistant Ombudsman had a deal to cover this up.
Alison Larkins has now been referred to the APS Commissioner and a copy of the report  that was made has been sought under FOI.
How many years has this been occurring???
It appears Alison Larkins is following the same unethical pattern as Allan Asher.
If you look at the statistics of the Ombudsman all complaints that reach category 4 should be reopened and the extent of deals covered up by the Commonwealth Ombudsman would be revealed in government dpartments

Commonwealth Ombudsman scam /commonwealth Ombudsman scam

How very funny!!!!
Alan Asher was forced to resign at the end of October because his unethical behaviour was exposed.
Now Alison Larkins is continuing is legacy.
Did she learn nothing from the Alan Asher experience or was she part of the problem that brought him down!!!!!!!!!!!
She has now done a deal with ITSA to coverup systemic misconduct by senior Management at ITSA. She would be doing the same at ASIC.
She should be referring this to the Attorney General as required .
What is the connection .................. the Attorney General appoints the Ombudsman and  the Ombudsman only investigate 20% of complaints in the Attorney generals Portfolio.. How very funny!!!!!
Whats going on??????

Alison Larkins

Alison Larkins has done a deal with ITSA to coverup systemic misconduct by non other than senior Management and Matthew Osborne Principal Legal Officer.
You are a bloody hero Alison Larkins, Acting Commonwealth Ombudsman.
Australia needs to get rid of the entire Office of the Ombudsman and replace it with a new clean model.
Is there something wrong with Alison Larkins?? Allan Asher went 2 months ago because he was exposed as a shonk and now Alison Larkins is continuing his legacy.

She has been referred to the APS Commissioner ........ but stay tuned as she is sure to do some deal to cover that one up also.

Commonwealth Ombudsman

Instead of  exposing misconduct in Government departments the Commonwealth Ombudsman are doing deals to cover it up . They were given extensive evidence of systemic misconduct at ITSA. The file was 750 pages. The breaches of the bankruptcy Act was instigated by the principal Legal Officer Matthew Osbourne  and protected by the Inspector General, Veronique Ingram. You cant get any higher than this.
Alison Larkins and Diane Merryfull still did a deal to cover this up.
This should have been reported to Robert McClelland. The Commonwealth Ombudsman by failing to expose it has allowed it to flourish.
There is absolutely no one that regulates ITSA.
Bankruptcy Regulation clearly do not.
The same would be happening in other departments.
This is why Senator John Williams is wasting his breath. The Commonwealth Ombudsman are allowing this scam to continue.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman would be protecting ASIC and doing deals to cover this up.

Matthew Osborne/Commonwealth Ombudsman makes deal to protect misconduct by Mathew Osborne

What are the implication from the Australian Government for Matthew Osborne who instigated systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act at ITSA????
Will the Australian Government attempt to cover this up also????
What is the implications for Alison Larkins who did a deal with ITSA rather than expose it????? Will she resign like Allan Asher or will the Government attempt to cover this up also????

Veronique Ingram /protecting the scam at ITSA by senior Management

What are the implications for Veronique Ingram Inspector General Bankruptcy who allowed systemic misconduct by senior management particulaly  Mathew Osborne Principal Legal Officer at ITSA.
What are the implications for Veronique Ingram who allowed a deal to be done with the Commonwealth Ombudsman to cover this up??

Mark Findlay/Commonwealth Ombudsman protects misconduct at ITSA

Systemic misconduct at ITSA has been allowed to flourish at ITSA because it has been instigated by Mathew Osborne Principal Legal Officer and protected by Veronique Ingram Inspector General of Bankruptcy.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman have failed to expose this and instead  decided to do deals with them.
Bankruptcy Regulations was ment to be independent arm of ITSA but this has deteriorated.
Mark Findlay . manager Bankruptcy Regulations instead of being independent covered up for the misconduct.
Mark Findlay covered up for atrocious misconduct by Florence Choo because he had compromised himself and slept with her.

Mark Findlay/Commonwealth Ombudsman protects misconduct at ITSA

On the 11th November 2011 Alison Larkins acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfull Assistant Senior Ombudsman  met with representatives of senior management at ITSA to do a deal to protect and cover up systemic misconduct and breaches of the bankruptcy Act.

Alison Larkins made a deal that she would protect
Veronique Ingram, Inspector General

Adam Toma National Manager Enforcement and Regulations.
Alison Larkins unethical behaviour  shows an entrenched attitude at the Commonwealth Ombudsman that they do not have to comply with the APS Code of conduct and values. Allan Asher was forced to resign because he was exposed as  a Shonk in October.
