Alison Larkins did a deal with ITSA on the 11th November 2011 to cover up systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act by senior Management.
This atrocious conduct should have been brought to the Attention of the Attorney General.

Is  Alison larkins covering up the systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act because the implications of this could bring the  Commonwealth Ombudsman down because it has been protecting such behaviour for years and it would cost the Government Billions in liability payments????

Alison larkins actions are unethical and breaches the APS Code of Conduct and Ethics.

She is unfit to hold the position of acting Commonwealth Ombudsman.

If she is prepared to cover up extensive misconduct at ITSA while holding the position of Commonwealth Ombudsman , what did she coverup in the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND AGEING
