She has now been referred to the APS Commissioner for unethical behaviour.

COMMONWEALTH OMBUDSMAN /Commonwealth Ombudsman/shonks
Alison Larkins has done a deal with senior management at ITSA to cover up systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy act at ITSA.
She has now been referred to the APS Commisioner for her unethical behaviour.
What slimmy deal will this woman who is unfit to hold her position as acting Commonwealth Ombudsman do with the APS Commissioner to cover this up??????
Mark Findlay, Bankruptcy Regulations was given evidence of gross misconduct by Florence Choo Deputy Official Receiver NSW ITSA. He covered up for her because he had been sleeping with her. How very funny!!!!!!

Mathew Osborne told senior Management that all misconduct could be justified at ITSA using section 134(3)
Mathew Osborne must be retarded. Section 134(3) refers to property..... not to justify misconduct. Alison Larkins is aware of this and continues to protect this Mathew Osborne . What is Mathew Osborne giving Alison Larkins in return for protecting him??????
